INSTALLATION
Download the plugin ZIP file from CodeCanyon and follow these steps:
- Log into your WordPress Admin area
- Click Plugins button in the admin menu
- Click Add new and then Upload plugin
- Select the plugin ZIP from your PC inside the ZIP you had previously downloaded
- Install the ZIP and click on Activate Plugin

If you have upload problems then use an FTP program to access your blog, then browse to
/public_html/wp-content/plugins and upload the unzipped plugin here. Then open the Plugins page and activate the plugin.
GET STARTED
Once you have Diamond Grid plugin activated you can start creating grids. Go to plugin admin page by clicking Diamond Grid on the left hand side of the admin page. Page Diamond Grids will open. Here you can create and edit grids.

- To create a new grid click Add New button. Add New Grid page will open
- To edit an grid, select it from the list and click the Edit link in the submenu. Edit Grid page will open
ADD NEW GRID
The Add New Grid page contains five metaboxes:
- Add title metabox - to add a title to your grid
- Grid Images metabox - for adding and editing grid content
- Grid Preview metabox - will display the grid with current settings and added content
- Grid Settings metabox - represents a set of available settings divided into logical blocks
- Publish metabox - for saving a new grid or save changes to an existing grid

GRID IMAGES METABOX
This metabox is designed for adding content to the grid.

You can upload a new image to your grid or choose an existing one from the WordPress library. To add an image to the grid, click the Add Image button and the Media popup will open. Choose the images you want to add to the grid and click the Select button.

Once images are added to the grid you can rearrange, edit or remove them.

To change an image position in the grid, simply drag it to a new location. Click the delete icon to remove the image from the grid. To update an image's metadata, click the edit icon and an edit popup will open.

Blank images can be used in the grid to form a non-standard grid layouts. To add an blank item click the Add blank button.

GRID PREVIEW METABOX
This metabox is a realtime preview of the grid. It will display the current state of the grid.

Any changes made to the images metabox or settings metabox will affect the preview

GRID SETTINGS METABOX
This metabox presents a set of plugin settings, divided into logical blocks with own navigation structure. Use the navigation panel on the left to switch between settings sections.

Each setting contains a tooltip explaining its functionality.

Some settings depend on the value of other settings and may be disabled in some cases.

Some settings are responsive and allow you to set separate values for different screen sizes.

PUBLISH METABOX
To save the grid you just created, click the Publish button located in the Publish metabox.

EDIT GRID
To edit an grid, select it from the list and click the Edit link in the submenu. Edit Grid page will open

Click the Update button located in the publish metabox to save all changes made to the grid

SHORTCODE
Use the shortcode to display the grid inside a post or page. After publishing the gallery, you can copy grid shortcode from the Shortcode metabox

The shortcode can also be found on the Diamond Grids page directly.

Paste the shortcode into the post editor to display the grid on your post or page

ANALYTICS
The plugin will calculate two parameters: how many times the grid has been shown to users and how many times users have clicked on the grid images. You can check the current values of grid views and total grid clicks on the Diamond Grids page.

Additionally, each image in the Grid Images metabox has its own click counter. This value shows how many clicks were made on that particular image.

Click the reset counters button to reset the clicks and views counter of the current grid.

IMPORT / EXPORT
To import or export grids data, go to the plugin's Import/Export page and follow the instructions.

UNINSTALL
Once you have the plugin activated you can run uninstallation process. This action will delete all data Diamond Grid plugin have set in your database.
- Go to plugins admin page by clicking Plugins on the left hand side of the admin page.
- Find Diamond Grid in the plugins list and click Uninstall in the submenu.
- Check Delete all data in the popup window and click Uninstall button.
